Mojo Nutrition BV ("Mojo"), trading as evolve®, is committed to making youevolve.life usable by everyone, regardless of ability or assistive technology. This statement explains our approach, the standard we work to, known limitations, and how to contact us if you need help.

1. Conformance target

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the W3C.

This Site is in scope of the European Accessibility Act (EAA) — Directive (EU) 2019/882 — which applies to consumer-facing e-commerce in the EU from 28 June 2025, as implemented in the Netherlands by the Wet toegankelijkheid producten en diensten (Implementation Act EU Accessibility Directive).

2. What we do

  • Maintain a defined accessibility checklist for every new section and module before launch (colour contrast, focus state, keyboard navigation, motion-reduction, semantic HTML, ARIA where appropriate, alt text).
  • Test custom sections against six viewports including mobile, with motion-reduction and screen-reader checks, before release.
  • Provide visible focus styles, skip-to-content links, captioned video where video is used, and meaningful alt text on content imagery.
  • Avoid content that flashes more than three times per second.
  • Use semantic headings and structured page markup.

3. Known limitations

We are aware of the following limitations and are working to fix them:

4. Compatibility

The Site is designed to work with current versions of:

  • Browsers: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge.
  • Screen readers: VoiceOver (macOS, iOS), NVDA (Windows), TalkBack (Android), JAWS (Windows).
  • Operating systems: macOS, iOS, Windows, Android.

The Site may not function correctly on browsers released more than four years ago.

8. How we tested this Site
