This Cookie Policy explains how Mojo Nutrition BV ("Mojo"), trading as evolve®, uses cookies and similar technologies on youevolve.life. It supplements our Privacy Policy and is issued under:
- EU Directive 2002/58/EC (the ePrivacy Directive) as last amended.
- Dutch Telecommunicatiewet art. 11.7a (the cookiewet).
- EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
Legal note. Under the cookiewet and GDPR we must obtain your prior, specific, informed, freely given, and unambiguous consent before setting any non-essential cookie. Only strictly necessary cookies may be set without consent. The Site displays a consent banner allowing you to accept all, reject all, or manage preferences with equal prominence.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognise your device on subsequent visits. We also use similar technologies including local storage and pixels, all referred to as "cookies" in this policy.
2. Categories of cookies we use

We do not currently run marketing or advertising cookies. If we add advertising or retargeting in future, this policy and the consent banner will be updated before any such cookie is set.

4. Managing your preferences
- On first visit the consent banner asks for your choice. You can accept all, reject all, or open preferences and select per category.
- At any time you can reopen your choices here: Manage your cookie preferences. This lets you change or withdraw consent under Telecommunicatiewet art. 11.7a.
- In your browser you can block or delete cookies via your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies will break account features.
- Global Privacy Control / Do Not Track: we do not currently respond to GPC or DNT browser signals. You can manage your choices through the banner and footer link above.
Consent is managed through Shopify's consent management (Customer Privacy), which records your choices and applies them to Google Analytics.
5. How long cookies last
Each cookie's lifetime is shown in section 3. Some are session cookies (deleted when you close the browser). Others are persistent cookies (retained for a defined period). You can clear cookies in your browser at any time.
6. Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by third parties. Where this is the case the third party is identified in section 3. These third parties are independent controllers of the data they collect via their cookies and you should also consult their privacy notices:

7. Changes to this Cookie Policy
We will update this policy when we add or remove cookies. The "Last reviewed" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
