3. Regulated activity

evolve® products are food supplements placed on the EU market under Directive 2002/46/EC as implemented in the Netherlands by the Warenwetbesluit Voedingssupplementen. Where required, products are notified to the Nederlandse Voedsel- en Warenautoriteit (NVWA) before they are placed on the market.

Compliance and food-safety matters are overseen by:

Mojo is not currently registered with the Stichting Geschillencommissies; the ODR platform and the ordinary courts remain available.
