This Shipping Policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions. It sets out where we deliver, how long delivery takes, what it costs, and how risk and title pass.
1. Where we deliver
We currently deliver to EU member states. [FILL: confirm full list. Common launch set: NL, BE, LU, DE, FR, IE, ES, IT, AT, PT.]
We do not currently ship to the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, or non-EU territories.
2. Delivery options and timings

Estimated transit times start from dispatch, not from order. Add 1 working day for order processing on weekdays (orders placed before [FILL: cutoff time, e.g. "15:00 CET"]). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.
Under BW art. 7:9 lid 4 (implementing EU Directive 2011/83 art. 18) we must deliver within 30 days of order unless agreed otherwise. If we cannot meet that deadline you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund.
3. Dispatch confirmation and tracking
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking link once your parcel leaves our warehouse. This email forms the contractual acceptance of your order (BW art. 6:217 + art. 6:227b).
If you do not receive a dispatch email within [FILL: 2 / 3] working days of placing your order, check your spam folder, then contact hello@youevolve.life.
4. Delivery address and access
You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address. We cannot change the delivery address once the parcel has left our warehouse.
For courier services the carrier will attempt delivery and may leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place if you are out. If delivery is unsuccessful the parcel is returned to a local depot. Re-delivery and collection are governed by the carrier's terms.
5. VAT, duties, and intra-EU sales
Prices on youevolve.life include BTW (VAT) at the rate applicable in the destination EU country, in line with EU One-Stop Shop (OSS) rules where Mojo's distance-selling threshold is exceeded.
Because we sell within the EU customs union, there are no customs duties on intra-EU shipments.
6. Risk and title
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery (BW art. 7:11). Title passes once payment has cleared in full.
7. Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or items are missing, email hello@youevolve.life within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund under the Refund Policy.
If the carrier marks your parcel as delivered but you have not received it:
- Check with neighbours and look for a safe-place photo on the tracking page.
- Wait 24 hours (parcels occasionally show "delivered" early).
- Contact us so we can open a carrier investigation.
8. Environmental note
