Subscriptions

This page explains how evolve® subscriptions work. It supplements clause 9 of the Terms and Conditions and is incorporated into the contract between you and us when you start a subscription.


Regulatory note. EU Directive (EU) 2019/2161 ("Omnibus") and BW art. 6:230v require that we disclose: - That the contract auto-renews. - The billing cadence and amount. - How to cancel (which must be at least as easy as how you subscribed). - The right of withdrawal for the first contract. - Pre-renewal reminders.

1. How subscriptions work

You can buy any evolve® product as a one-off or as a subscription. When you subscribe:

  • The price shown at checkout is charged at the chosen interval until you cancel.
  • Each delivery is dispatched in line with your chosen frequency.
  • You can pause, skip, change the delivery date, swap products, or cancel from your account at any time.
  • You will receive a renewal reminder email at least [FILL: 3 / 5 / 7] days before each shipment is dispatched.

You can change the frequency from your account dashboard.

3. Subscription pricing

  • Subscriptions are priced at [FILL: x%] below the one-off price for the same product.
  • Subscription prices are shown clearly at checkout next to the one-off option.
  • If we change the subscription price we will email you at least [FILL: 14 / 30] days before the new price applies. You can cancel without charge before the new price takes effect.

4. Payment

  • Payment is taken automatically on each billing date using the payment method on file.
  • If a payment fails we will retry up to [FILL: 3] times and email you. If payment cannot be taken, the subscription is paused.
  • Update your payment method any time in your account dashboard.

5. Pause, skip, swap

  • Pause: stop future shipments for a set period or indefinitely.
  • Skip: miss the next shipment only.
  • Swap: change products or frequency for future shipments.
  • Edit address: change delivery address before dispatch.

All of the above are free of charge and can be done from your account dashboard up to [FILL: 24 / 48] hours before the next dispatch.

6. Cancel

You can cancel any time, free of charge, in your account dashboard. The cancel path is the same as the subscribe path: no extra steps, no retention call, no friction (BW art. 6:230v).

If you would rather cancel by email, send a message to hello@youevolve.life with the subject line "Cancel subscription" and your order number. We will confirm by email within [FILL: 1 / 2] working days.

Cancellation applies to any shipment not yet processed. If a shipment has already been billed and dispatched, that shipment will be delivered and refunded under the Refund Policy only if the cooling-off right applies.

7. Your 14-day right of withdrawal

For the first delivery of a new subscription you have the 14-day right of withdrawal under BW art. 6:230o. See Refund Policy section 1.

For subsequent recurring deliveries, the rights in this Subscriptions page apply.

8. Loyalty perks

Subscribers receive:

These benefits can be added, changed, or removed with notice. Changes will not apply retrospectively to shipments already dispatched.

9. Auto-renewal disclosure

Your subscription renews automatically at the frequency you chose, at the price agreed (or the most recent price notified to you), until you cancel. You will receive a reminder email before each shipment so you can pause, skip, or cancel without being charged.

10. End of contract

A subscription ends when you cancel, when you close your account, or when we close the subscription product line with reasonable notice.

If we discontinue a product on subscription we will email you at least [FILL: 30] days in advance and either substitute an equivalent product (with your consent) or cancel your subscription with no further charge.

Open questions for legal review
